Student volunteers play an important part in the administration of the conference providing essential help with various conference management activities. Student volunteers, apart from gaining experience, will have the opportunity to meet and learn from professionals, creators, educators, visionaries, and each other.
We are happy to accept all types of full-time students (PhD candidates, graduates and undergraduates). Each volunteer is expected to work up to 15 hours (approximately) overall during the 5 days of CAISE conference and workshops. Also, each volunteer must attend a mandatory orientation session on 15th June 2014 (the day before the conference begins).
In return, accepted student volunteers will have their registration waived. Conference registration provides access to the whole CAISE program, conference meals and dinners, and much more.
Interested students should first make sure that they have secured funding for travel and local expenses. It is essential to emphasize that for each paper a full registration has to be paid. Thus , a student, who is author of paper, can apply only if another person has registered for their specific joint paper.
Just fill in the form.
