The program of HDMS 2006 will consist of full or short length research and application paper presentations, hosted talks, tutorials, panels, and demonstrations of commercial products and research prototypes. It will also offer to graduate students, via the PhD forum, the opportunity to present their work in progress and receive feedback. The key criterion in judging submissions will be technical importance and depth, while novelty is secondary.
